Position Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist
Summary:

This role is responsible for performing Human Resource related duties on a professional level working closely with Human Resource management in supporting Human Resource functions. This role carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and employment law compliance.

Essential Functions:

Executes day-to-day human resources responsibilities, applying knowledge of policies and procedures in the following areas:

Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Training. Support employee development, talent planning and organizational development. Assists in planning, development and implementation of training that supports company initiatives. Delivers new hire training as needed. Provide support in administering ADA, FMLA, or other Leave programs and processes. Prepare reports and identifies trends in employee related issues, turnover and performance trends and provides solutions to operations leadership. Facilitate HR processes and programs.  Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.  May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree 4+ years Human Resources experience  Experience in multiple Human Resource areas (i.e. employment laws, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, training, employee relations, etc.). This is an onsite position; with a minimum of three days/week onsite at our Chandler, AZ location. Human Resources Information Systems experience
