Summary:

This role is responsible for daily trouble shooting of process issues, investigating the root cause, analysis and data collection and implementing trial according to plan.

Essential Functions: Trouble shoot more complex process issues and investigate the root cause; provide recommendations for solution Support engineers with maintaining process document system management; improve process standardization Support Engineers with knowledge management development and improving the quality of training for production staff Implement trial according to trial plan; provide trial run analysis report Conduct experiment for process improvements and new production or new material development 5S\Safety\Environment actions implementation and review Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School or equivalent.  May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education 4+ years chemical process experience in a manufacturing company Demonstrated ability using quality control tools
