AIM is seeking a Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports Services (PBIS) staff member to join our mission-driven organization. Essential Functions: + Provide PBIS to participants while adhering to NHTD and TBI program manuals. + Ensure proper review and submission of all required documentation for billing. + Attend all agency and participant meetings as required. + Advocate with, or on behalf of consumers as needed, to ensure equal access to community resources, and compliance with ADA. + Develop behavioral support plans. + Provide behavioral support training, including self-management skills, to program participants and their circle of support. Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or; + Bachelor’s Degree Applied Behavior Analysis or; + Bachelor’s and a Certified Dementia Practitioner or; + Bachelor’s and a CARES Dementia Specialist or; + Registered Professional Nurse or; + Licensed Occupational Therapist or; + Licensed Physical Therapist or; + Certified Behavior Analyst Assistant or; + Individual with a Bachelor’s degree and Certified TBI Specialist or; + A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor AND + Must have two years of experience developing and implementing intensive behavioral treatment plans.
