Post Booking Sales Agent

We are seeking a **Post Booking Sales Agent (PBS).**
The main function of the PBS agent is to create incremental demand for premium products and assist Revenue Management in maximizing each sailing's revenue potential. Accountable for filling unsold inventory to booked guests, primarily on sailings within three to eight weeks of the actual sail date. Also, PBS agents work with other departments to balance inventory.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Sell guests on the features and benefits of higher category staterooms on sailings identified by our internal team.
+ Place a high number of outbound sales calls to booked guests.
+ Assist Sailing Support by minimizing free upgrades and oversells.
+ Assist Backup inbound reservation calls if needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:**
+ **Must have a minimum of six (6) months of contact center or PVP experience** **.**
+ Proficient in Navigator, Launchpad, Avaya Workplace, and Azure.
+ Contact Center experience with a proven sales track record.
+ Excellent customer service skills and product knowledge are required.
+ Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic disposition.
+ Self-motivated, organized, and the ability to multitask.
+ Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Compliance with all policies and standards.
**OTHER:**
+ Shift Schedule:
+ 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (EST) with a 1-hour lunch.
+ On rare occasions, must be willing to work weekends with advanced notice.
+ Salary:
+ This role's starting hourly pay rate is $11/per hour plus incentives.
