Follows activity Instructions Removes defects from the surface of parts; using a variety of small hand tools (including but not limited to buzzie’s and grinding pads). Polishes casting’s surfaces as per customer’s requirements. Visual Inspection of parts to help ensure they meet customer requirements. Sets up and maintains small appliances as required to perform specific activities Maintains the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity Maintains necessary documentation Willing to be cross trained in other roles/departments Other duties as assigned Respects the values and adheres to the Howmet Aerospace Code of Conduct Avoids conflict of interest situations and acts in the company’s best interests Takes personal responsibility for the quality of the products Displays a positive, willing to work attitude, as someone who can be counted on to be at work, on time, everyday.
