Job Summary
The Post Closing & Funding Manager, reporting to the Vice President of National Operations, will support local Escrow Officer teams by creating a seamless post-closing process. This role involves managing Post-Closing Supervisors and Specialists including the recording team, and overseeing operational accounting tasks, and driving team efficiency and culture.
Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Recruit, select, and manage talent. Foster a culture of teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement. Develop leadership skills in Post-Closing Supervisors. Ensure adequate resources to meet service expectations. Build strong relationships with brand leaders.Collaboration and Service:
Act as the primary contact for regional leaders. Handle critical escalations and local leadership questions. Collaborate with the National Operations Center leadership team on interdependencies. Work with finance and accounting to improve practices. Ensure team performance against KPIs.Process Improvement:
Design and optimize processes. Drive standardization and adherence to processes. Gain efficiencies through automation, outsourcing, and cross-training. Develop controls to mitigate operational risk. Use feedback to continuously improve service.
Qualifications
Minimum four years of supervisory experience. Experience in Real Estate transaction processing and customer service. Ability to coach and motivate staff. Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A “people-first” approach with a focus on exceptional customer service. Ability to identify and resolve problems, gather and analyze information, and maintain confidentiality. History of effective collaboration with different departments and leaders. Adaptable, able to prioritize and manage competing demands.
