Vacancy ID: PDS004441 Position Summary/Description: A postdoctoral research associate position is available to work with Drs. Hongtu Zhu and Tengfei Li at UNC -Chapel Hill on statistical method development for imaging genetics. This project aims to advance deep learning and statistical tools for the detection, diagnosis, and prognosis of Alzheimer’s disease and psychiatric brain disorders. The research will leverage brain structural and functional connectivity imaging and graphic data, genomics and proteomics data. The project anticipates identifying novel genetic-imaging pathways serving as potential endophenotypes for brain-related disorders such as schizophrenia, autism, and Alzheimer’s disease. This research is a collaborative effort with Drs. Hongtu Zhu and Tengfei Li. Education and Experience: Strong organizational skills.
