Recruitment/Posting Title Post-Doctoral Associate Department SEBS-Plant Biology Salary Commensurate With Experience Benefits Posting Summary A post-doctoral research associate position is available in the Department of Plant Biology at Rutgers University working on projects to investigate regulatory mechanisms conferring plant tolerance to abiotic stress (i.e. heat, drought or salinity) or interaction with beneficial microbes in perennial grass species using a system approach combining genetics/genomics, metabolomics and high through-put phenotyping with digital imaging technology. The candidate shall have expertise and experiences with bioinformatics or computational biology (data acquisition, result interpretation, and data visualization) for LC-MS metabolomics experiments and plant stress physiology and molecular techniques.
