The successful candidate should be community-oriented with a demonstrated interest in and commitment to advancing mental health equity through clinical care, education, and scholarship. The appointment allows for collaboration and teaching opportunities with medical students, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellows and Attending Psychologists, Social Workers and Psychiatrists.
Location : East Point Clinic Minimum Qualifications Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. Job Duties Description of Job Duty The postdoctoral fellow will work under the supervision Department Chairperson and Supervising Psychologist. Engage in scholarship and clinical service in psychiatry and behavioral sciences consistent with the department’s needs and the post-doc’s interests. Provide care and case management in a clinical setting as part of an integrated care team in a public sector outpatient clinic setting. Contribution to scholarly activities Participation in learner professional development programs Participate in administrative duties such as serving on departmental or clinic site committees. Immunization Immunization Requirements It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are encouraged to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment.
