You are required to possess an exceptional level of both technical and creative abilities to be able to effectively create the vision creatives and clients have in mind. As a **Post-Production Producer** + Work alongside creative and production teams ensuring projects are produced to a high standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget + Arrange briefings with the agency and/or client, issue cost estimates for projects, assign operators, book time, schedule reviews, track costs and manage project progress + Check that all material needed to complete a job has been supplied + Check and sign off on quotes, POs, invoices and bill (using online system) during and on completion of jobs + Have a thorough understanding of film, video, broadcast and social media standards, formats and technologies + Build relationships between producers, operators and agencies + Ensure all incoming and outgoing material relevant to each project is delivered to the highest standards + Liaise with third party vendors when necessary + Stay up to date with current moving image trends + Lead creative solutions within the post-production unit As a member of **our community** + You believe passionately in the power of creativity to bring change to the world. Because the true value of a community is that we bring out the best in each other As a **team leader** + Showcases craft and creativity throughout production process and across platforms + Supports wider post-production team + Be inquisitive and proactive to explore and seek out solutions and ideas without prompting + You have a positive attitude and a passion to make a difference **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree or qualifications in Media or Film from technical college/university + Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial broadcast post production facility or agency + Knowledge of all the roles, functions, capabilities, equipment and applications within a post-production department + Understanding of encoding/transcoding, codecs, video formats, file types, frame rates, resolutions + Attention to detail + Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely alongside creatives/clients with a good attitude + Ability to solve problems efficiently under tight deadlines and fast turnarounds + Knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects are Illustrator are a bonus
