Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will respond to all inquiries from new and established customers, managing orders and work with functional areas throughout the organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
Main Responsabilities:
Manage customer contracts and requests (including phone calls/e-mails)Process customer returns and claims in a timely manner and initiate corrective action if necessary.Participate in cross-functional projects impacting the department and the organization.Interface with various departments within the company, including Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management, in order to meet the needs of the customer and to ensure timely delivery and accurate receipt of products.Provide back-up assistance and coverage for other teams as required.Be the voice of the customer to the Prysmian organization.Who are we looking for?

Experience in inside/post sales, account management, or customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAnalytical, documentation, and problem-solving skillsDesire and ability to excel in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environmentMotivated both individually and on a team levelOrganizational, time management, multi-tasking, and follow-up skillsPreferred:
