This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: A Post Sales Strategy and Operations Program Manager will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support Small Business Account management and retention programs. Typical duties will be to orchestrate reporting, analytics, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management and business analysis projects.
Job Duties:
Reporting and Analytics. Developing new reports and dashboards, running data updates, root cause investigation, and ad hoc reports as necessary to support business needs. Develop new reports and dashboards using a combination of tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Data Collection and Management. Update and maintain existing management reports and dashboards to provide business updates and pull ad hoc reports.
Data Presentation. Present the gathered data, work with the Small Business post sales teams to improve existing reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven analytics on key operational concerns.
Stakeholder Management. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices.
Business Analysis. Conduct in-depth analysis to provide visibility to current performance and operational trends. Identify abnormalities within regular reporting or data asks (example: Dashboard is blank, data update failed)
Gather feedback and independently identify ways to improve reporting and data collection
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
At least two years experience in a technical, operational, or analytical role.
Management experience or experience with direct reports.
Experience with reporting in the post sale space; experience with churn, down-sell reporting.
Experience in data gathering, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management and business analysis.
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
Ability to adapt on business changes and having a desire to learn new things.
Desired Qualifications:
Analytical Skills - Solid proficiency in MS Office suite especially excel, mail merge, very keen on details and organization.
Critical thinking Skills -Customer Service - high degree of judgment and discretion in managing stakeholder concerns, with strong problem solving skills and able to prioritize tasks and concerns.
Stakeholder Management skills - ability to analyze, manage and handle stakeholder expectations.
Multi-tasking - Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication Skills - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project Planning - ability to ensure progress and delivery on several simultaneous projects and communicate current statuses.
Technologically inclined - Interest in learning technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce, preference for experience with these or similar.
Ability to work in a self-directed manner.

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $74,900 and $107,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
