Post- Sales Support Representative

From infrastructure, plumbing, and appliances, to HVAC, fire protection, fabrication, and more, we make our customers’ complex projects simple, successful, and sustainable. **Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm** **Hourly Rate: Currently starting at $21 per hour and might increase depending on experience** Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator for post-sales support! **Responsibilities** + Responsible for managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders + Proactively communicate order status via phone and email + Prioritize and complete work in order from high priority to low priority + Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests + Apply approved processes and procedures where necessary to resolve vendor concerns timely and efficiently + Assist sales team with distribution of sales documentation and product literature + Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders **Qualifications** + Prior sales and/or customer service experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook + Results oriented and service minded + Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism + Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work + Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing + Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices + The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment + Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families—geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
