Post Services UCAN Intern, Summer 2025
Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with 283 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Content Operations & Innovation organization at Netflix supports content to thrill members with efficient operational workflows and execution while leveraging our scale and innovating to deliver more value on screen. Within this organization, the Post Services UCAN team is charged with the strategy, implementation, and operational management of our purpose-built theaters, screening lounges, and other technical review spaces, providing cutting-edge technology, workflows, and services. Post Services supports various teams working on Netflix’s original content by directly interfacing with internal post-production and content executives as well as external filmmakers and talent. Our commitment is to provide an unmatched experience: cultivating a creative environment, fostering filmmaker joy, and preserving artistic intent throughout the review and exhibition pipelines. We are looking to host one intern on the Post Services UCAN, Content Operations & Innovation team during Summer 2025. As an intern, you’ll assist in facilitating departmental needs and will participate in a program that provides training and development intended to give you the skill set necessary to become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions across various production phases, including technical positions, project management, and coordination. You do not need prior experience to apply; once you submit your application, you’ll receive an email inviting you to complete your application by filling out an Airtable form. You’ll also be asked to submit a 300-word-maximum statement of intent (preferably in PDF format) within the form using the following prompt: Our team enables our creative partners to do their best work through the services we provide and the technology we deploy. In a manner that is simple to understand, explain the step-by-step process of a piece of technology that you use (this can range from anything you use in daily life to something more specialized). Consider the following: how does it work, how could it be used to enhance an experience, or leveraged for use outside of its intended design? This posting will be open for a very limited time and will be closed for new applications by February 7th, so if you’re interested, please submit your application as soon as possible.
