**Production Operator – Post-Wave Soldering & Circuit Card Assembly** **Elevate Your Career in Precision Electronics Manufacturing** Tucson, AZ | 1st Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM | $21 per hour PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled Production Operators to support Post-Wave Soldering and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) operations at our Tucson facility. This is a full-time, onsite position offering competitive compensation and opportunities for overtime. **Position Overview** As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for post-wave soldering, manual assembly, and ensuring the quality of circuit card assemblies. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to resolve production challenges. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform post-wave soldering inspections, touch-ups, and rework of circuit card assemblies (CCAs). + Conduct manual soldering and rework of through-hole components to IPC-A-610 standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve solder defects such as cold joints, bridging, and voids. + Operate and maintain automated test and assembly equipment. + Set up machines, repair feeders, and perform preventive maintenance. + Perform manual PCB assembly, including coating, masking, and conformal coating applications. + Provide guidance to new employees and collaborate with engineering and quality teams. **Qualifications** + Proven experience in post-wave soldering, PCB assembly, or related soldering work. + Strong knowledge of circuit card assembly (CCA) processes and soldering specifications. + Proficient in reading technical documentation and interpreting process workflows. + Ability to identify and resolve assembly defects with strong attention to detail. + Familiarity with in-circuit and functional test fixturing. **Preferred Qualifications** + Certifications in soldering or PCB assembly (e.g., IPC-A-610). + Experience with manufacturing systems and documentation control. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools. **Apply Today!** If you’re ready to contribute your expertise to a leading electronics manufacturing company, apply now to join PDS Tech Commercial in Tucson, AZ.
