A postdoctoral position is available in Shuzhao Li Lab at the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine (JAX-GM), Farmington, Connecticut, USA. The incumbent will lead data analysis on multiple projects in human immunology, including scRNA-seq, multiome, metabolomics, lipidomics and exposomics data. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a research team integrating biology, chemistry, data science and software engineering. JAX-GM is an excellent research environment for omics and data science, with state-of-art facility and dedicated research IT supports. A large computational community provide ample opportunities of professional development.

Qualifications

Ph.D in areas related to bioinformatics or immunologyDemonstrated record in research and publicationsSolid understanding of scientific data processing and analysis, proficiency in Python or R
