Opportunities to Contribute Research Support and Collaboration + Dive into innovative research projects, collaborating with top-tier faculty members + Play a key role in research planning, data analysis, and manuscript writing + Co-author publications and present your findings at prestigious conferences Research Mentor + Inspire and guide the next generation of researchers + Supervise and mentor talented undergraduate and graduate students, helping them achieve their research goals Proposal Assistance + Be a crucial part of our grant proposal team and assist in crafting compelling grant proposals to secure funding for cutting-edge research Other Duties + Embrace a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of our research endeavors Qualifications Required Education + Appropriate PhD A well-qualified candidate for this position will possess a Ph.D. in Education, Educational Psychology, Special Education, School Psychology, Psychology, Human Development and Family Sciences, or related fields. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to work and complete tasks independently, expertise in child and/or adolescent development, strong skills in quantitative research methods and statistics, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others, and knowledge of SPSS, STATA, MPLUS, and/or R statistical computing software.
