Position Summary:
Professor Carmen G. Loiselle is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher who has conducted research in health care and social services, patient care experiences, Canadian official language minority needs, and/or psychosocial oncology issues. The postdoctoral researcher will be primarily responsible for working collaboratively on research grant proposals, conducting data analysis, writing-up scientific papers, overseeing relevant studies, and other research-related activities. Qualifications:
A Ph.D. in health care service, psychology, or other health-related fields
Strong English writing skills as demonstrated by publication record
French is an asset
Excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task
Demonstrated proficiency conducting data analysis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and initiative, including adherence to timelines and deadlines
Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., Qualtrics, REDCap) is an asset
