Description of Duties:
+ Successful candidates will operate electron and extreme ultraviolet (EUV) exposure tools to make custom measurements of photoresist properties including:
+ outgassing with quadrupole mass spectrometers,
+ developing and then thickness measurements with ellipsometers.

+ Applicants should have a Ph.D. with publications demonstrating expertise in physics, chemistry or engineering.
+ Applicants must demonstrate an ability to develop inclusive and equitable relationships within our diverse campus community.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ In addition to using the exposure tools, experience with vacuum systems and hands on understanding of metrology tools is desirable.
+ Additionally, some wet chemistry experience is useful.
Additional Information:
Salary Range: $58,000-$62,000 (annual)
