Location: Albany, NY Category: Research Foundation Careers Posted On: Tue Oct 8 2024 Job Description: Description of Duties: + Successful candidates will operate electron and extreme ultraviolet (EUV) exposure tools to make custom measurements of photoresist properties including: + outgassing with quadrupole mass spectrometers, + developing and then thickness measurements with ellipsometers. Preferred Qualifications: + In addition to using the exposure tools, experience with vacuum systems and hands on understanding of metrology tools is desirable. + Additionally, some wet chemistry experience is useful.
