Work Location Springfield Campus Department Plaster Student Union Administration Hiring Range 12.30/hour Department/Employer Operating Hours M-F; 8a-5p How many hours per week are required? 5-10 Description of Primary Duties Conduct proactive outreach to Springfield’s business community on behalf of both the Plaster Student Union and MSU Esports program to build partnerships and drive revenue. Responsibilities include cold calling, contacting, and engaging local businesses, effectively marketing MSU Esports teams and initiatives, securing sponsorships for esports teams, and selling digital signage advertisements. Additionally, this role requires providing detailed reports to the Director of the Plaster Student Union and collaborating closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize impact. Required Qualifications Must be a full-time student eligible for student employment. Experience in sales and/or students majoring in marketing and sales are preferred. Required Certifications Additional Qualifications Sales experience preferred Special Instructions to Applicants Successful Outcomes of the position include: Each of the three Esports teams will receive sponsorship. Additionally, outreach to 20 businesses resulting in at least 5 digital advertisements monthly throughout the duration of calendar year.
