Position Title Front Desk Student Worker - Registrar

Department/Employer Operating Hours Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Description of Primary Duties
Position available spring, summer (required) and fall. General reception and office duties, including greeting guests, answering phones and emails, computer processing and standard office equipment use. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Must be computer literate. Will be working with a variety of computer systems and Outlook as well as standard web browsers. Must understand general office procedures such as filing, telephone etiquette and general computer work. Previous office experience required.
Must be mature, responsible and personable. Must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of traffic. Applicants must be punctual, dependable and able to complete work with minimal supervision.
