Posting Details Position Information Position Title Per Course Faculty, School of Special Education, Leadership & Professional Studies (SELPS) (Summer/Fall 2025) Work Location Springfield Campus Department School of Special Education, Leadership and Professional Studies Term Summer/Fall Semester (per course faculty only) Begin Date -Spring Term Begin Date - Summer Term 06/02/2025 Begin Date - Fall Term 08/18/2025 Maximum credit hours Per Course faculty can teach 12 Credit Hours per 12 Month Period - Springfield Campus Description of Primary Duties Will teach various courses within Educational Administration/Leadership, Student Affairs in Higher Education, Special Education Programs, Foundations, and/or Technology. Applicants will be responsible for teaching, planning, communicating with students, managing grades, and all duties required in teaching a course. Per course openings may be on the Springfield, West Plains, Crowder, College, Joplin, Lebanon, or Waynesville sites. Per course faculty may teach via face-to-face on-campus classes, online classes, interactive T.V., or in a blended format that includes a combination of online and seated classes. Minimum Acceptable Qualifications Per Course Faculty should possess a master’s degree or the equivalent professional experience in a field determined acceptable by the Dean.
