Job Description The Postpaid Portfolio On-Top and Emerging Services Manager develop and executes a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability for the on-top product portfolio. This includes building strong vendor partnerships together with relevant enabling teams, curating a best-in-class product offering, and prioritizing customer needs to ensure long-term sustainability.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive On-top strategy for Postpaid that aligns with overall business objectives and drives revenue growthLeads insight-generation through market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-makingDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against targets to ensure the effectiveness of the On-top strategyLead trend-spotting and anticipate market shifts to proactively adapt the On-top portfolio and maintain a competitive edge.Portfolio Management & Optimization
Oversee the entire lifecycle of Postpaid On-top services, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing managementConduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trendsDevelop and implement pricing strategies that optimize profitability and drive customer adoption; and lead the financial computations (e.g., business casing)Manage product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and potential impact on revenue growth.Customer Insight & Analysis
Develop a deep understanding of Postpaid customer needs, preferences, and behaviors related to On-top services Utilize data analytics and market research to gather customer insights and identify unmet needsTranslate customer insights into actionable product development initiatives and marketing strategiesMonitor customer satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve On-top service offeringsPartnership & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of On-top initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners to enhance service offerings and deliver a seamless customer experienceNegotiate favorable terms and conditions with partners to maximize value and minimize costsGTM Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for new On-top service launchesDefine target audiences, develop compelling messaging, and select appropriate marketing channels to reach potential customersMonitor GTM performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize resultsEnsure effective communication and coordination across all relevant teams to support successful GTM executionManage and monitor the A&P spendEqual Opportunity Employer
