Postpaid Regional Lifecycle Management - Acquisitions and Renewals

Job Description Design and execute complex regional marketing programs on Acquisitions and Renewals that support lead generation, brand awareness, customer advocacy, and more. Serve as a partner and advocate for the sales teams in your region and play an essential role helping them meet their goals.

CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

1. Oversees the execution of the 3-year plan across all the channels, inclusive of breaking up the strategic targets for Consumer Postpaid Acquisitions and Renewals into clear by channel targets, strategy and plans for the assigned Region

2. Leads and orchestrates Regional Channel Business Reviews and Deep-dives

(dashboards, brand review and quarterly business review)

3. Leads insights-generation and trends spotting for Consumer Postpaid across the different channels ((i.e. on top of end-consumer, insights to include how front-liners and platforms need to adjust to deliver the ideal customer experience) applicable for the Region

4. Champions the ideal customer experience for both internal and external customers across Retail Operations

5. Oversees the translation of insights to any change in the 7Ps within the channels, in collaboration with Channel Management Group and Visual Merchandising

6. Consult for all Postpaid products and processes for phased execution of customer experience (i.e. interim vs minimum viable experience vs ideal customer experience)

7. Drives efficiency and profitability for Postpaid across the different channels.

Collaborates with Strategy and Transformation for analytical models needed to drive Postpaid agenda in the Channels (i.e. Quality of acquisition, adoption of right-sizing through cross-sells)

8. Key resource for providing detailed by Channel targets and forecasts to support the Postpaid agenda

9.  Does store visits and competitor trade checks and analysis

GO-TO-MARKET TRANSFORMATION

1. Leads insight-generating on Micromarket nuances on desired customer experience for multi-channel and multi-customer approach

2. Oversees the translation of Micromarket insights to actual customer experience in collaboration with Customer Experience Design, Content, RTM, CLM and Product Management

3. Orchestrates the processes for Micromarket and 1Globe execution for Consumer Postpaid across the executing groups in Consumer Postpaid

4. SPOC for all 1Globe initiatives
