Job Summary Reporting to the Security Supervisor, and collaborating with other Security Staff, the Security Officer supports the health system's efforts to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, employees, students, and visitors. T he officer assists all individuals in understanding and conveniently utilizing Hospital facilities. The officer provides a first response to emergency situations, and coordinates with external emergency management, law enforcement and fire agencies. Per Diem Role requires 1 to 2 shifts per month. No Weekends, No hoidays are required #POTTS Qualifications Education Requirements High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education Experience Relevant Experience Certification and Licensure Current Valid Driver's License BLS Certification Required Skills Excellent Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Microsoft Office Applications Prepare & Give Presentations
