Production Technician - Poway - 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our production department. We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates to contribute to our advanced technology and high-reliability printed circuit board manufacturing.

ResponsibilitiesOperate machines for coating film and applying images to PCBs in a semi-clean room environment.Use laser drill machines and CNCs for mechanical processing and conduct visual inspections of parts.Perform plating processes with chemicals, requiring adherence to safety protocols including wearing specific uniforms.Utilize microscopes or magnifying glasses for inspection tasks.Lift or push carts up to 20 pounds as needed.Essential SkillsAbility to set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment.Basic visual inspection skills.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.High school diploma or equivalent.U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or Refugee Status required.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CNC, drill machines, and electronic manufacturing is a plus.Ability to read and understand customer specifications and related documents.Strong listening skills for processing requests and responding accordingly.Why Work Here?

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
