Requirements: + Strong supervisory and people skills. + Ability to troubleshoot problems with powder coating application. + Capable of working closely with company management, equipment manufacturers, and vendor representatives to troubleshoot processes, and to maximize performance of equipment and process. + Must be capable of following safety program to ensure safe operation of entire finishing line, and help enforce safety program among the team. + Must have excellent verbal and written skills, be able to keep production records. + Be able to monitor, record, and correct pretreatment chemical levels. + Be able to monitor and correct dry off and curing oven temperatures.
