Responsibilities Position Commercial Reporting Analyst for LATAM (1-Year Contract) Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) About the Opportunity Join our team as a Commercial Reporting Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights to support our commercial teams across Latin America. In this one-year contract role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize reporting tools that drive informed decision-making and operational excellence. Your Mission As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for: Developing Power BI Reports: Design, standardize, and optimize Power BI dashboards tailored to LATAM markets, ensuring harmonization across sectors to eliminate redundancy and improve productivity. Supporting Strategic Alignment: Adapt existing reports to align with new go-to-market strategies, particularly in the Andean region. Solving Data Challenges: Analyze data-related requests and issues, providing innovative solutions through existing tools or new functionalities. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance reporting efficiency and data governance. Issue Management: Oversee the identification, tracking, escalation, resolution, and reporting of user issues related to commercial data. User Training: Conduct onboarding sessions and training for end users on new reports and functionalities. Performance Tuning: Participate in activities to improve system performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather functional business requirements for reporting initiatives. Driving Improvement: Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance the quality and usability of commercial reports. Qualifications Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a proactive professional with the following qualifications and skills: Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, particularly Power BI advanced skill. Data Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance models and best practices. Dashboard Development: Experience in creating dynamic dashboards and detailed reports following global standards. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions. Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills for training and collaboration.
