Key Responsibilities: - Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Create and maintain data models, including data cleaning, transformation, and integration from various sources like SharePoint, Azure and SQL servers. - Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and performance. - Implement best practices for data visualization and report development. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data sources. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making. - Prepare and present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends like Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, etc. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. - Experience with SQL, Python and data modeling. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and SharePoint online and power platform. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts. - Proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining techniques. **Primary Location:** India | Pune **Organization:** Stantec IN Business Unit **Employee Status:** Regular **Job Level:** Nonmanager **Travel:** No **Schedule:** Full time **Job Posting:** 03/01/2025 10:01:13 **Req ID:** 1000685
