**About the Role:** We are looking for a talented and motivated Power BI and PowerApps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, visualization, and low-code app development, with a keen interest in learning and adapting to new technologies. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop insightful and impactful Power BI reports and PowerApps solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop, design, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards. + Design and develop low-code apps using PowerApps with excellent UI design skills. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Optimize data models and implement best practices for data visualization and performance tuning. + Embed PowerApps in SharePoint and custom applications. + Ensure Power Apps security capabilities, including role-based authorization. + Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services such as OneDrive and SharePoint. + Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing reports and apps to enhance functionality and user experience. + Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and PowerApps tools and functionalities. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI, PowerApps, and data analytics. + Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + 2-4 years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics. + Minimum 2+ years of experience in PowerApps development. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and optimization techniques. + Strong dashboarding skills. + Good exposure to Common Data Services. + Understanding of Power Apps security capabilities, including role-based authorization. + Experience in integrations with other Microsoft services such as OneDrive and SharePoint. + Good analytical skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Effective time management to meet daily metrics or team objectives. + Commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently. + Ability to manage competing priorities and flexibility to change. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. **Added Advantage:** + Microsoft Certification in PowerApps. + Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
