This role will be responsible for creating interactive, insightful dashboards that empower business decisions by turning data into actionable insights. This is an onsite role and preference will be given to candidates located in Maryland. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure efficient data integration and accuracy.Optimize performance and reliability of existing Power BI solutionsSupport data governance and security best practicesOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:

4-6 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Power BI solutionsStrong proficiency in DAX and data modelingExperience connecting to various data sources, including Azure Data Services, SQL Server and ExcelProven ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholdersFamiliarity with Power Query, DAX and M languageUnderstanding of data warehousing concepts
