Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated, interactive, and visually appealing business intelligence solutions using Power BI. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights through effective data visualization techniques. Setup and maintain access for new and current users in the BI Reporting environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and data needs. Perform ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI. Ensure data quality and consistency by implementing data validation and cleansing processes. Monitor and optimize performance of Power BI solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation related to Power BI solutions and processes. Provide training and support to end-users on our Power BI tools, data analysis best practices and overall data literacy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5 years of experience or proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role in data analytics and reporting. Strong proficiency with the tools and technologies used by the Microsoft Azure Stack, including TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX. Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, administration, and visualization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. US Citizenship Required

COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $97,000 to $145,000.  This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.  Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
