POWER BI ENGINEERS

ALTA IT Services has numerous immediate openings for junior, mid, and senior-level Power BI engineers to support the build of a large corporate reporting system, for a respected tool manufacturer. This is a 3-month+ contract engagement, expected to begin in mid-January. Candidates who are local to Brookfield WI (or who can work hybrid onsite in Brookfield, WI) area will be given first preference. If not local to Wisconsin remote work is available.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrated technical competency for the role. Demonstrated timely delivery of assigned tasks and effective communication on project status and escalation when needed.  
Education and Experience:  2+ Years or equivalent degree + experience  
 Required Skills/Certifications:  Estimating and Planning Code/Unit Test PR & Code Reviews Application Demos/Reviews Application Deploy/Promote (CI/CD) Performance & Load Testing Functional & Regression Testing Health Monitor/Alerting Tier 2+ support/consulting Support Agile Methodologies CI/CD BI Engineering Data visualization PowerBI tenant performance/security/monitoring Power BI DAX Azure Tech Stack (Data Studio, Synapse)
