Responsibilities:
* Develop, design, and implement advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
* Utilize Microsoft Fabric to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
* Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
* Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to continually improve our BI solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or in a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI.
* Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modelling.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience with SQL, Azure, and other data integration tools is a plus.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are preferred.
