Power Control System Technical Engineer - Irapuato Plant

Administrative full-time position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Irapuato.

Work schedule: Full-time position.

Profile: Technical or Bachelor´s degree graduate as Engineering (Mechanical, Electronical, others).
With at least 2 years of experience in similar technical roles.

Deliver validation processes for current and future PC&IS projects.
Lead and issue installation (IQ), qualification (OQ) plans, reports, and schedule.
Lead and issue all the documentation package (Tech Doc) related to PC&IS projects.
Lead and issue Technical Memorial Description documents related to PC&IS projects.
Understand and interpretate the mechanical and electrical drawings related to PC&IS.
Deliver the success criteria of projects related to PC&IS projects, e. g. GPRM2, MTBF, MTTR.
 

Understand the PC&IS specifics:
Controls (HMI/PLC): Rockwell, Siemens, etc.
Motion (servomotors, pneumatic motors): Rockwell, Siemens, etc.
Vision systems (sensors, barcode readers): Cognex, Keyence, etc.
Marking (2D, QR, bar code): Videojet, Markem Imaje, Keyence, etc.
Line Event Data System (LEDS): Proficy
Build the PC&IS Capability in the Organization (step-up cards, skill matrix, trainings, etc.)
Be part of the PC&IS Platform and understand/implement improvements locally.
Contribute with Platform on Vendor Acceptance Tests related to PC&IS.
Contribute with VAT reports, Design & Construction checklist, Induced Failure Test, etc.
Contribute with Platform/Vendor on Design reviews related to PC&IS.
Support Operations with technical consultancy related to PC&IS and troubleshooting.

Job Qualifications

Available to work in Irapuato (Milenio Plant).

Technical or Bachelor´s degree graduated as Engineering (Mechanical, Electronical, others).

With at least 2 years of experience in similar technical roles.

Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.

Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
