WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Lead Shift Supervisor who is responsible for the safe, proper, and efficient operation of the facility in accordance with company policies and environmental standards, under the direction of the Operations Manager or Plant Manager. The ideal candidate can work independently, delegate tasks and ensure follow through, foster and works within an environment of teamwork and cooperation, manage a diverse workforce and effectively promote Diversity, manage stressful situations professionally, and communicate change and progress in the organization in a favorable light.
