LOCATION: Fully Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies,
including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand
their needs and create custom applications, workflows, and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy applications and solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customization: Customize and extend the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform tools to meet specific business needs. Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures. Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Training: Offer training and support to end-users to help them effectively use Power Platform solutions. Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest developments in Power Platform technologies and best practices to continually improve solution development processes.
Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Skills: Proficiency in creating custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. Strong experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents for developing chatbots. Knowledge of data integration and manipulation using connectors and APIs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly desirable.
