This hybrid role, based in Central London with 3 days per week in-office, offers the unique opportunity to work closely with both internal users and external customers. You'll be at the forefront of delivering tailored Power Platform solutions, influencing technical strategies, and exploring the latest technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders to deliver custom Power Platform solutions.
* Develop PowerApps (primarily Canvas Apps), automations via Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps, and produce impactful Power BI reports.
* Mentor and guide a Junior Developer, nurturing their skills and leading by example.
* Work across a range of clients, designing and implementing innovative solutions using the full capabilities of the Power Platform.
* Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies like Azure AI & CoPilot Studio, and influence how the organisation adopts new tools and practices.
Skills Needed For The Role:
* Advanced experience across the Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Strong knowledge of Python and PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
* Desirable experience in Logic Apps, Azure AI & CoPilot Studio, Microsoft 365 administration, and SharePoint.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning, exploring new technologies, and finding innovative solutions.
* Full stack development experience is nice to have.
* A leadership style that fosters growth, including the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
* A drive to take ownership and influence technical strategy, with the freedom to make this role your own.
