Power Product & Pricing Manager
Purpose of the Position:
Lead the B2B Power Product & Pricing team, to create relevant products & develop related pricing strategies supporting sustainable, derisked growth of ENGIE power business in Mexico.
Responsabilities and Job Functions:
Structure relevant products & options: In close relationship with Market Intelligence, Upstream & Sales teams, build and maintain a set of innovative, flexible, de-risked products Develop green offers, in the perspective of CFE 24/7 PPAsBuild pricing strategies: Build best-in-class pricing models leveraging on data management / use of IA Contribute to preparation of negotiation processes driven by sales team, to provide innovative Solutions Guarantee efficient and secure offering process: Organize and drive offering process to guarantee systematic validation of power supply offers by the Relevant stakeholders Keep promoting the systematic use of digital commercial tools (SalesForce) Ensure strict compliance with regulatory framework as well as with ENGIE legal/KYC/AML/credit risk policies
Team Work: Lead and manage the Power Products & Pricing team, fostering a collaborative working environment Develop close relationship and synergies with other ENGIE Power Supply teams in the world Ensure strict compliance with HSSE Group guidelines to prioritize safety and sustainability.
Ocupational Profile:
Academic profile: A pertinent university degree
Expirience: + 5 years in the Mexican power sector and similar position
Technical Skills:
Excellent understanding of the Mexican Electricity market. Excellent knowledge of Electricity products and services, including risk management / trading products / green products / PPAs Excellent understanding of commodity market risks Excellent mathematical skills, data / digital skills Excellent people management skillsSotf skills:
Analytical thinking Self-motivation and high energy Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy Result-oriented mindset and customer centricity
