This internship takes place in Farmington Hills, Michigan, the headquarters of Bosch North America, in the Calibration Engineering group of Power Solutions.

The successful candidate will be given an 8-month project in one of two areas, based on their skills and career focus.

Powertrain Calibration Projects
In-vehicle and engine/chassis dyno testing; data analysisAdaptation and programming of automated test scriptsSupporting Calibration Engineer's daily activities (flashing vehicles, analyzing data, validating software and data, etc.)Testing and validation of On-Board DiagnosticsSupport Test Trips in hot/cold/high altitude environments-OR-
Calibration Tool/Efficiency Development Projects

QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, with at least one semester completed
A minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Must work 30-40 hours per week
Valid US driver's license
Preferred: Automotive-related hobby and/or experience working with engines or vehicles. 1+ year academic or industry experience with software languages and operating systems.
