You’ll play a crucial role in helping Innomotics expand into emerging markets, particularly within Power-to-Power applications that support renewable energy technologies. Collaborating closely with sales teams, clients, and product developers, you'll develop market strategies and offer unparalleled technical expertise. As the ideal candidate, your strong engineering background, market insight, and ability to lead without formal authority will shine. You’ll manage intricate PCS projects from inception to completion while contributing to the development of novel energy concepts and solutions. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead the acquisition and delivery of complex PCS projects, overseeing design, scope, schedules, resources, and contract negotiations. + Provide technical expertise to sales teams and clients, ensuring effective integration of Innomotics' PCS products. + Act as a product application expert, supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, and compliance with market requirements. + Partner with global product development teams, offering strategic and commercial insights for new market opportunities. + Develop technical and commercial solutions tailored to client needs and enhance market reach. + Plan and execute consulting engagements with industry partners, aligning technical and commercial objectives. + Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary expert teams locally and internationally to ensure project success. **Qualifications & Skills** + Degree in Engineering (required); additional business qualifications are a plus. + Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on PCS and renewable energy technologies. + Expertise in power systems engineering and grid integration of inverter energy systems within Australia. + Proficiency in power system analysis tools like PSSE and PSCAD. + Familiarity with relevant standards such as IEC and IEEE. + Strong customer focus and the ability to deliver pragmatic technical guidance. + Experience in lean engineering and manufacturing processes. + Results-driven mindset and exceptional portfolio management skills. + Effective communicator, adept at simplifying complex technical concepts. **Why Choose Us?** + Beat the forefront of renewable energy innovation and solutions. + Collaborate with global industry experts in developing groundbreaking technologies. + Take ownership of impactful projects and drive the company's expansion into new markets. + Thrive in a progressive, innovative-focused environment that champions sustainability.
