Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of distribution design and staking projects including new overhead and underground construction, circuit improvements, and pole change-outs. Assist in design and problem solving related to distribution staking projects. Manage and mentor other employees working on projects. Travel to assist staking engineers. Perform site visits for post-construction inspections.Requirements:
High level of technical and computer related skills required Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred 5+ years of experience in the power industry Experience with a variety of staking software platforms preferred Experience with Ocalc and/or PLS Cadd preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Physical Demands:
