You Are:
UST is searching for a PowerBI Developer who will collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to transform data requirements into intuitive and interactive visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.
The opportunity:
· CI/CD Pipeline Management: Implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes and improve release frequency.
· Automation Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash and Python to automate processes and increase operational efficiency.
· Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, handling large datasets from various sources such as Excel, OData and databases.
· Report Customization: Visualize and integrate multiple reports, including firmware recipe details and work items, while incorporating user-interactive features such as editable fields for data input.
· Automated Notifications: Set up automated email notifications to users on report updates and key performance metrics.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with development teams, data analysts, and other business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and deliver robust data solutions.
· Incident Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for deployment-related issues, ensuring smooth operational performance and minimal downtime.
· Data Transformation: Utilize Power BI to handle complex datasets, providing easy-to-consume visual insights, and ensuring that data visualization adheres to business logic and requirements.

What you need:
· CI/CD Expertise: Proven experience with Azure DevOps for managing CI/CD pipelines, including building and deploying Power BI projects.
· Automation Skills: Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, and Python to automate data processing and operational tasks.
· Power BI Proficiency: Advanced experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports, including the handling of large datasets.
· Data Sources: Experience working with data from multiple sources, including Excel, OData, and databases.
· Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to translate complex data requirements into effective visual representations that drive actionable insights.
· Report Customization: Experience creating interactive features in Power BI, such as editable fields for user interaction and custom input.
· Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during deployment and post-deployment stages, ensuring smooth data operations.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Power BI Premium and Power BI Service.
· Familiarity with DAX and M programming languages for advanced Power BI development.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
· Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Databricks.
· Ability to work with large-scale datasets and complex data transformations.
· Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $95,000-$143,750
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
