The Lenovo Commercial Deployment Readiness Team is part of the Commercial Business Unit of Lenovo, located in Morrisville, NC. Our team is dedicated to creating business-class PCs that large enterprises purchase for their users. We are focused on developing innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and streamline the deployment process.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Development Intern with expertise in PowerShell to join our Commercial Deployment Readiness Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new features for our ThinkVantage BIOS Config Tool, a PowerShell module and GUI application that helps customers configure BIOS settings on Lenovo PCs. One of the key features to be added is integration with Intune for adding configuration packages using Microsoft Graph API.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new features for the ThinkVantage BIOS Config Tool. Integrate the tool with Intune using Microsoft Graph API to add configuration packages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Manage source code versioning using GitHub. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Extensive knowledge of PowerShell scripting language. Experience with source code versioning using GitHub. Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Intune integration is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
