Ed Morse is currently seeking a Powersports Sales Representative to join our Cowboy Powersports of Beaumont team. 

Cowboy Powersports sells Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Polaris lines and we take a customer approach in every interaction.  Our dealership is renowned for it's extensive inventory of new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, personal watercraft and Slingshots and we are complimented by a dedicated team committed to exceptional service. 

 

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving vehicle sales while adhearing to dealership standards for profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction.  Our ideal candidate will be an active listener, have a knack for interacting with people in a helpful manner, a salesman at heart and have a passion for Powersports!  This position is a commission based career which means you can maximize your income based on the effort you put in!

Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding the right productsAssist guests through the purchase process ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!Sell the passion and excitement of Powersports to our customersMake introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of parts and accessories, financing, insurance products and services, warranties and service plansUsing proactive sales techniques, patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customersFollow a well structured sales process (that works!)Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealling to customersEnter data into our CRM on all client information and interactionsStay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource for our customer base. Perform other related duties as assigned or requestedWork closely with Sales Manager to overcome customer objections Qualifications Minimum 1-year retail sales or customer service experience preferredSteady work history and a strong desire to succeedProfessional appearance and demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skillsValid Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement preferredMust be able to work Saturdays
