Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Service Department. Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently. Examine customer vehicles for service needs and provide accurate estimates. Document vehicle issues and explain repair procedures clearly to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries promptly. Advise customers on recommended services and promote complementary products. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies.
