Job DescriptionCollaborate with the Propulsion System and related departments to ensure designs, validations, and tests meet project goals (cost, quality, performance, and timing) for the current model’s lifecycle, derivatives, or new modelsManage development timelines and KPIs for powertrain integration components, propulsion systems, software, and calibrationPlan and oversee development activities for new and derivative projects, model years, special series, and product requests, ensuring alignment with project targets and timelinesMonitor the consistency of hardware implementation plans and development schedulesCoordinate the Propulsion System team to meet BOM and change management process requirementsEnsure product cards or component designs align with project targets and PE functions

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent fieldsAt least 1 year of experience in similiar position within the automotive industryB2 level of english proficiencyInterest in automotive topics with knowledge of engine, transmission, emissions, or alternative fuelsProblem-solving, process management, and team leadership skillsFamiliarity with ICT tools (e.g., PLM, Siemens NX, Catia) is preferredCustomer-focused with strong persuasion skills
