Task: Create and review PPAP and FAI package

requirement:

 

Working knowledge and experience of APQP and PPAPInterpretation of Specifications, Engineering drawings and PFMEA’sIdentifying the links between Process flows, PFMEA’s and control plansCreation of Control Plans and inspection frequencies in accordance with industry sample inspection plansCommunication of the control plans and implementation of the measurement into production Appropriate selection of measurement methods and techniquesConduct MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) and Gauge R&R’sCo-ordinate data collection activitiesFamiliar with AS9102
