Our high-caliber talent works through the challenges at hand while pushing toward meeting client order needs. We are currently looking for energetic, hard-working Pour Bottle Pack MH to work on a Temporary full-time assignment on our Continental Night shift (19:00-07:00) at our Alliston facility. Starting wage is $27.10/hour plus applicable shift premium.

The following are dress/gowning requirements: safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard cover, gloves, isolation mask and boots (additional PPE required when cleaning)

What You'll Be Doing
Performs one or more of the following duties on a rotating basis move full sterilizer trucks from sterilizer staging area, unload bottles onto conveyor at the same time inspecting for particulate matter on outside of bottle, inspect bottles for defects and inspect lot and expiry date on label for clarity and correctness while packing bottles into cartons, return empty trucks to staging area, stack cartons on pallet, push full skid along roller conveyor. While stacking cartons check code, lot number, and expiry date for printing for clarity and correctness. Maintain records of absenteeism, time and vacation for Department
Duties performed on a daily basis
Bring sterilized trucks from sterilizer staging area, sign truck card to verify that truck has been sterilized, that unit quantity on the truck is as truck card and that the truck has correct code and lot number.
Remove screen and unload bottles onto line conveyor.
Take empty sterilizer trucks and trays to staging area.
Check carton for correct code, lot number, and expiry date and stack on pallet per specs.
Push full pallet to staging area and get empty pallet.
Recharge electric batteries as required.
Responsible for batch preparation, mixing, and release activities for both PPB Fill lines.
Complete all necessary paperwork and maintaining records of absenteeism, hours and vacation for the department.
Schedule batch changes.
Utilize the following computer systems: EBR/GME/Dayforce.
Perform required QA checks.
Put empty trays in appropriate place
Start up and be capable of operating all equipment.
Assist in line clearances and line changeover.
Order labels and raw materials.
Duties performed on a continual or intermittent basis
Learn, understand and apply thorough quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur
Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
What You'll Bring

Equipment and tools required are: Tow Motor, labeler, Taptone leak tester, miscellaneous hand tools, box making and sealing equipment and logo equipment and capping machines and labeler, shrink wrapper, palletizer
