PPC Specialist
Job Summary: The PPC Specialist will be the central contact person of business partners, to create media plan and strategies, to setup, manage, optimise and maintain the paid search campaigns for Reed Exhibitions Philippines. They will ensure that campaigns are delivered to brief, all tracking and tagging techniques are applied consistently using the agreed media plan, methodology, and use insights to propose improvements and deliver optimisation. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You will play a crucial role in driving traffic, generating leads, and meeting our marketing goals. Accountabilities: + Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms. + Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting. + Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversions, click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS). + Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights. + Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in paid advertising. + Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies. + Maintain and monitor keyword bids, manage daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other metrics + Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates + Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and support the creation of paid search marketing initiatives + Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives + Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments + Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools. + Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels + Communication to stakeholders, team and management on project development, timelines, and results, and dependencies Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree holder, or any related-field + At least 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably related to events industry + Confident in dealing effectively with internal and external customers + Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. + Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. + Experience with campaign tracking and reporting tools. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to their role and responsibilities on a day-to-day basis + A strong ability to organize and prioritize workload - and demonstrate a solid competency for multi-tasking + Good judgment, and a strong sense of when to exercise it and when to escalate issues + A confident common-sense approach to problem solving and is quick to understand who/what is required to solve any issues + Ability to deliver campaign performance reports + Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is a plus + Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads is a plus but not required LexisNexis, a division of RELX, is an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
